Effective date: 9 August 2026
This Policy is issued by Dmlink. Reports may be submitted by users, non-users, depicted people, representatives, and other affected persons.
How to submit a notice
Email [email protected] with the subject "Content complaint" or "Removal request". If an in-product report option is available for the content, you may use it as well.
Include:
- Your name and an email address where Dmlink can respond, unless the nature of the report permits you to omit identification.
- The exact URL or another precise location for each item concerned.
- A clear explanation of the policy violation, illegality, lack of consent, or other basis for the request.
- Relevant dates, account identifiers, screenshots, or supporting material that helps identify and assess the issue.
- A statement confirming your good-faith belief that the information in the notice is accurate.
Do not email full card numbers, card security codes, passwords, or unnecessary identity documents. For an unauthorized payment or refund request, email [email protected] and include the transaction identifier shown in your receipt.
Urgent safety reports
Clearly identify suspected child exploitation, an immediate threat, non-consensual intimate material, sexual deepfakes, account compromise, or content that may create an urgent risk to a person. If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services first.
Dmlink may preserve relevant evidence and restrict access while a serious report is assessed. This page does not promise automatic removal merely because a report was submitted.
Requests from people appearing in content
If you are depicted or heard in content, explain whether you did not consent, your consent was limited or withdrawn, the content was altered or misrepresented, or another right is affected. Dmlink may request proportionate information needed to confirm identity and assess the request securely.
See the Content Guidelines for the permission and rights rules that apply when people appear in content.
Assessment and outcome
Dmlink will acknowledge a sufficiently detailed complaint when contact information is provided and assess it according to its nature, urgency, complexity, available evidence, and legal duties. We may ask for further information and, where appropriate, notify an affected account holder.
An outcome may include no action, a warning, restricted access, content removal, an account limitation or termination, preservation of evidence, or referral to a provider or competent authority. When Dmlink communicates a decision, it will explain the result and available review options appropriate to the complaint.
Requesting another review
Reply to the decision with its reference and explain the error or new evidence. Mandatory rights to contact a regulator, payment provider, bank, alternative dispute body, or court are not restricted. Knowingly false, malicious, abusive, or repetitive notices may be rejected, without penalizing good-faith reports that are not upheld.
