Effective date: 9 August 2026
This Policy is issued by Dmlink. It supplements the creator obligations in our Terms of Use.
Creator identity checks
Creator access is subject to approval. Dmlink or its identity, payment, and payout providers may request accurate identity, address, tax, payout, business, or beneficial-ownership information appropriate to the creator's application and account.
Creator identity checks can include a government identity document and a provider-hosted verification session. Certain creator features may remain unavailable until the required document check is complete. Approval is not guaranteed.
Keeping information current
Creators must provide complete and accurate information and keep it current. Dmlink or an applicable provider may request additional information when a verification result requires review, account details change, or legal and payment obligations require it. This Policy does not promise a fixed approval time or automatic approval.
Initial payout review
First payouts may take longer than later payouts while Dmlink or an applicable provider completes onboarding, identity, payout-method, fraud, and transaction checks.
Dmlink or a payment provider may temporarily delay a payout where reasonably necessary for those checks, a legal or provider requirement, elevated refunds or disputes, or expected negative balance risk. Any delay or hold should be proportionate to the identified risk. Dmlink does not guarantee a fixed payout time and does not apply a fixed rolling reserve unless it is separately disclosed in writing.
Privacy
Identity and verification information is handled as described in the Privacy Policy. Verification providers may process information under their own notices when they independently determine how that information is handled.
